About the Role
Our Head of Department, Student Engagement will work closely with our school community on student wellbeing and engagement. This position leads a team of Youth workers and behaviour specialist to deliver Tier 1,2,3 Behaviour and engagement systems including:
- Positive Behaviour for Learning;
- Personal and Social Capabilities (incorporating Zones of Regulation, Respect);
- Attendance case management;
- Behaviour case management;
- School and Family support including external partnerships.
