About the Role

Our Head of Department, Student Engagement will work closely with our school community on student wellbeing and engagement. This position leads a team of Youth workers and behaviour specialist to deliver Tier 1,2,3 Behaviour and engagement systems including:

  • Positive Behaviour for Learning;
  • Personal and Social Capabilities (incorporating Zones of Regulation, Respect);
  • Attendance case management;
  • Behaviour case management;
  • School and Family support including external partnerships.
